The Brighter Futures Program at Wabauskang First Nation focuses on promoting the well-being of children, families, and the community. Through a combination of health, education, and cultural programs, we aim to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can grow and thrive.

Supports young children through parenting programs, child health initiatives, and early learning opportunities.

Provides community-based mental health programs, including counseling, workshops, and support groups.
🎨 Cultural & Recreational Activities
Encourages participation in traditional teachings, cultural events, and youth activities to strengthen identity and community connections.
Workshops & Events
Throughout the year, we offer various parenting workshops, wellness sessions, and cultural gatherings to support families in our community. These events provide opportunities for parents and caregivers to connect, learn, and grow together.

Who Can Participate?
The Brighter Futures Program is open to Wabauskang First Nation families with young children who are looking for support in parenting, child development, and overall family well-being.
